Accessibility Statement

Clubee S.à r.l is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the usability of our website for all users and apply the relevant standards, including WCAG 2.2, BITV 2.0, and the EN 301 549 standard for accessibility. This digital accessibility statement applies to the entire Company S.à r.l website, including all subpages and digital services provided at https://www.clubee.com/ and Customer websites or web applications designed or permitted by Clubee. 

 

 

Status of Compliance with the Requirements

The website is currently not fully compliant with the technical requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and the Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung (BITV 2.0).

 

 

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the harmonized standard EN 301 549:

  • There are links without link text on some pages. | WCAG: 4.1.2

  • On some pages, the contrast between text and background is too low. | WCAG: 1.4.3

  • There is no title on single pages. | WCAG: 2.4.2

  • On several pages, there are 'iframe' elements without labelling, making navigation with screen readers difficult. | WCAG: 4.1.2

  • On single pages, there are headings that have no caption or contain the aria-hidden attribute, making them inaccessible to screen readers. | WCAG: 1.3.1

  • On several pages, there are 'iframe' elements whose labels have already been assigned. If the elements cannot be clearly assigned, screen reader users may confuse the elements. | WCAG: 4.1.2

  • On single pages, a parent element lacks the appropriate child elements, which can confuse screen reader users because content is expected but none is there. | WCAG: 1.3.1

 

 

Measures and Roadmap for Improvement

Clubee S.à r.l is actively working on addressing the non-compliant areas identified. The following measures are planned to improve accessibility by Q3 2025:

  • Adding descriptive link texts across all pages.

  • Improving text-to-background contrast to meet WCAG 1.4.3 (already accessible with "Accessible Mode" on).

  • Ensuring all pages have appropriate titles (WCAG 2.4.2).

  • Providing proper labels for 'iframe' elements (WCAG 4.1.2).

  • Correcting heading structures and ensuring child elements are appropriately assigned (WCAG 1.3.1).

We are committed to making continuous improvements and will update this statement regularly to reflect our progress.

 

 

Testing and Evaluation of Accessibility

Clubee S.à r.l regularly tests the accessibility of its website through automated tools and manual evaluations. The accessibility evaluation was conducted using the Eye-Able® technology by Web Inclusion GmbH, which included all machine-verifiable test steps. Manual testing is also performed to assess aspects not covered by automation.
